Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Seametrics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience. A key element of this is to make customer returns for warranty and non-warranty as pleasant an experience as possible. This position directly communicates with the stakeholders involved in the return process and ensures these items are handled efficiency and effectively while keeping the stakeholders up to date on status. This position is primarily responsible for customer support via material return processing

Essential Functions and Responsibilities :

  • Processes customer return administrative duties (RMA setup, data input, credit memo)
  • Track and communicate return status to customers
  • Prioritizes repair based on customer requirements
  • Process service PO’s
  • Respond to customer’s general questions, which could include some technical features on the product
  • Field incoming help requests from end users through telephone and work orders in a courteous manner
  • Prioritize inquires based on customer needs
  • Provide general customer service support
  • Provide administrative support when required
  • All other related duties as required.

Knowledge and Skills Requirement :

  • Knowledge with MS Office products
  • Self-motivated person with strong work ethics and interpersonal skills
  • Extremely organized with excellent attention to details
  • Ability to deal with a difficult caller or strong customer care skills
  • Ability to back up incoming call overflow
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on listening and questioning skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem solving mentality and does not hesitate to provide suggestions for improvement
  • Education and Experience Requirements :

  • Associate degree or two years’ experience
  • Technical, mechanical or manufacturing aptitude a plus
