Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Seametrics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience. A key element of this is to make customer returns for warranty and non-warranty as pleasant an experience as possible. This position directly communicates with the stakeholders involved in the return process and ensures these items are handled efficiency and effectively while keeping the stakeholders up to date on status. This position is primarily responsible for customer support via material return processing
