Key Responsibilities
Build and manage a pipeline of healthcare professionals
Develop relationships and guide candidates through the hiring process
Partner with account management to fill open roles quickly
Required Qualifications
Experience in healthcare staffing or recruiting preferred
Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable with outbound activity (calls, texts, sourcing)
Experience with ATS / CRM systems is a plus
