Product Training Specialist

A company is looking for a Product Training Specialist who will facilitate training for customers on specific products.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with subject matter experts to conduct hands-on training according to established plans

Lead interactive virtual events to enhance customer effectiveness using the software

Manage customer relationships and develop high-quality learning content based on technical material

Required Qualifications

A bachelor's degree or equivalent of 4 years' professional experience

Minimum 2+ years' experience in technical training, software education, or adult learning

Ability to facilitate engaging and experiential learning programs

Proficient with multimedia training platforms and experience using Microsoft Teams or Zoom

Strong organizational skills
