Compensation : $115,450.00-$121,809.02 / annually (Tessera's compensation strategy is to position new employees between the minimum and midpoint of this range, depending on qualifications and experience.)

Tessera is seeking a detail-driven and decisive Quality Manager (QM) who thrives on precision, compliance, and excellence. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee the full Quality Management System (QMS) for a critical government contract, ensuring every standard, objective, and regulation is met without compromise. You'll safeguard contract compliance, monitor performance, and lead to quality initiatives that keep service delivery at the highest level. If you take pride in enforcing standards, solving problems with a methodical approach, and communicating quality with clarity.
