HI - Transitional Care Unit - Days

Any traveler not currently in possession of an active State of HI license must apply upon acceptance of offer. Candidate must have Hawaii License by start of assignment.General Job duties : Day or Night Shift Availability (TBD) 13-week contract - Scheduled 36 hours per week following first full week of orientation - Will be required to work various shift lengths and various days. Must be flexible. No guarantee of hours. No guarantee of shift preference. Equipment utilized in the unit / dept : Meditech EMR; pyxis; wound vac; chest tubes;Required skills and minimum years of experience : 2-10 years' experienceSpecific licensures and certifications / registrations required : BLS, ACLSFloating to other units / departments : May float to Med Surg and PCUBed size / number of rooms for this unit / dept : TCU 24 bedNurse to patient ratio of this unit : 1 : 8 nurse with 1 : 1 aideDress Code : Professional nursing attireDepartment specific training and orientation program : Orientation time provided for each unit
