About :

  • Lyngblomsten, a 225-bed care center located in Saint Paul near Como Park, is in search for Part-Time RNs!
  • The posted pay range of this hourly position is $35.95 to $44.30 The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions.
  • Additionally, our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer.

Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical Responsibilities :

  • Directs / coordinates / assists with provision of nursing care; facilitates the continuity of nursing activities between shifts Reviews resident conditions, prioritizes needs Serves as a resource to staff, residents, visitors, and other health care providers Conducts facility rounds observing for the appropriate provision of care including safety and privacy of residents, overall compliance with policies / procedures, rules / regulations, and addresses / corrects problems as indicated Qualifications : Must be licensed in Minnesota Must be CPR certified Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills Lyngblomsten is an award-winning Christian nonprofit organization serving older adults through healthcare, housing, and community-based services since 1906.

    • At 30 hours a week, you are eligible for :
