Associate Attorneys- Pre- Litigation - (Irvine)

• Duties
• Manage pre-litigation caseload from intake to resolution (with supervision)
• Draft demand letters, review records, negotiate with adjusters & gather evidence
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, and opposing parties
• Assist in transitioning cases to litigation when needed
• Qualifications
• J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice (or awaiting bar results)
• 0-3 years of legal experience (
• recent grads encouraged to apply!
• Strong work ethic, empathy for clients, and a drive to improve
• Excellent writing and organizational skills
