Quality Engineering Lead

The QA Test Automation Lead will serve as the onshore lead for test automation, guiding offshore engineers and ensuring alignment with engineering standards. This role is responsible for architecting automation frameworks, defining strategy, and coordinating delivery across SDKs and web platforms. The lead will ensure robust coverage and integration with CI / CD pipelines.

Plusses :

Familiarity with Apigee or similar API gateways

Exposure to internal content delivery APIs

Background in Agile delivery and QA strategy

BrowserStack for test case management

Compensation : $75 / hr to $80 / hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Must Haves :

5-7+ years of experience in test automation and QA leadership

Proven leadership in test automation across SDKs and web platforms

Expertise in React, Flutter, and Swift automation

Strong understanding of OAuth2, entitlement mapping, and API testing

Experience with CI / CD integration and observability

Python Experience

Experience using Selenium for web browser automation

Experience building out infrastructure

a. Strong leadership and technical expertise in test automation

b. Deep understanding of SDK environments and secure access flows

c. Skilled in strategy definition and cross-team coordination

d. Comfortable driving quality in Agile delivery models
