Oracle HCM Cloud AMS / Support Lead - Full-time

We are seeking a mid-level Oracle HCM Cloud AMS / Support Lead to provide on-site application support and maintenance services f or Core HR, Compensation, Talent Management, and Learning modules.

It's a Direct Hire / Full-time and REMOTE role ,  The ideal candidate will have hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work closely with business users to resolve issues and support ongoing enhancements.

Required Skills :

• 4+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience with expertise in Core HR, Compensation, Talent, and Learning.
• Strong understanding of HCM business processes and configurations.
• Experience in AMS / support environments with ticketing tools and SLA-driven delivery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for direct business-user interaction.
• Ability to troubleshoot independently and escalate when needed.
