We are seeking a skilled Finish Carpenter to join our dynamic team. The role involves a variety of construction tasks including hanging and finishing drywall, installing and adjusting doors, windows, and hardware, and performing light electrical and plumbing duties.

Responsibilities include :

• Hang and finish drywall, as well as perform drywall repairs.
• Install and adjust doors, windows, and hardware.
• Conduct light electrical and plumbing tasks such as switching out light fixtures or fixing leaks.
• Frame and install / hang drywall and repair damaged sections.
• Clean up paint and caulking.
• Conduct various repairs such as fixing sliding glass doors or kitchen drawers.
• Complete punch list duties effectively.

Work environment :

Work a 40-hour week, Monday through Friday, with projects primarily in the greater Nashville area, and occasional travel to Huntsville and Memphis. Travel-related expenses are covered, including per diem, mileage reimbursement, and accommodation. A professional work environment with all necessary PPE provided, though candidates must supply their own steel toe boots and basic tools.

This is a contract to hire position based out of Nashville, Tennessee.

Pay and benefits :

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
