The Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Generative AI science team is responsible for growing OCI's Generative AI, Agent and Analytics services. Our goal is to build foundational technologies and enable customers to apply AI to solve their business problems with Oracle's assistance and expertise in Generative AI and Analytics.

We are seeking an exceptional applied scientist to work on innovative Generative AI & Analytics modeling research and development efforts. As a Principal Applied Scientist in the Generative AI Science team, you will be architecting, building and deploying cutting-edge, high-quality AI models and solutions at scale. You will work with a team of world-class scientists in exploring new frontiers of Generative AI and collaborate with cross-functional teams including software engineers and product managers to deploy these globally for real-world enterprise use-cases at the largest scale. You will play a key role in shaping the future of Generative AI & Analytics at Oracle and across the industry. Your contributions will be pivotal in delivering our new Generative AI-powered services for large-scale enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Research and Development : Conduct in-depth research on Generative AI and Analytics
• AI Analytics Development : Design, develop, and train state-of-the-art LLM and Analytics models
• Team Leadership : Provide technical leadership and mentor junior scientists
• Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Generative AI capabilities
• Innovation : Identify new opportunities for Generative AI and Analytics
• Stay Updated : Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and advancements

May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
