Job description

ServiceNow IRM Architect Chicago, IL (Onsite) 6+ Months Contract

Job Overview

We are seeking a senior-level ServiceNow IRM Architect with deep expertise in IRM / GRC design, solution architecture, integrations, and platform capabilities . This role requires hands-on configuration, strong communication with stakeholders, and the ability to guide clients toward best-fit IRM solutions.

Must-Have Skills

  • 7+ years ServiceNow experience
  • 6+ years ServiceNow IRM implementation
  • 4+ years as a ServiceNow IRM Architect
  • Expertise in IRM design, architecture, data model, plugins, accelerators
  • Experience configuring :

IRM portals

  • Policies & controls
  • Risk frameworks
  • Audit test plans
  • Vendor risk workflows
  • Compliance indicators, assessments, attestation workflows
  • Strong experience with ServiceNow integrations with external systems
  • Good understanding of cross-platform relationships : IRM ITSM / ITOM / SecOps / GRC
  • Strong knowledge of Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management
  • Agile environment experience
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist IRM (CIS-IRM)

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of : HTML, CSS, Jelly, AJAX, JSON, AngularJS
  • CIS certifications in :

    • Risk & Compliance

  • Vendor Risk Management
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks : GDPR, ISO, NIST
  • Experience in entity scoping exercises
  • Hands-on development : Forms, workflows, transform maps, scripts, dashboards, reports, business rules

    • Soft Skills

  • Strong client-facing communication
  • Ability to assess customer environments & propose best-practice solutions
  • Strong documentation & solution-design capabilities
