Job Description

As DOB Superintendent, you will be responsible for the following :

• Oversee day-to-day field operations for ground-up residential construction.
• Ensure full compliance with NYC DOB regulations, safety standards, and site protocols.
• Coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules, and maintain construction quality.
• Conduct daily reports, site walkthroughs, and documentation required by DOB.
• Identify issues proactively and support project leadership in maintaining project progress.
• Uphold strong safety culture and maintain a clean, organized job site.
