Our client is a General Contractor based in Brooklyn, they are seeking an experienced DOB-Licensed Superintendent to join their growing team. The firm specializes in ground-up luxury residential projects across Brooklyn and Manhattan, with a portfolio that includes high-end multifamily residences, boutique condominiums, and more.

As a DOB Superintendent, you will be responsible for :

• Serve as the DOB-registered Superintendent of Record on active construction sites.
• Manage and oversee all on-site construction activities for ground-up residential builds.
• Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, site logistics, and sequencing.
• Ensure compliance with NYC DOB, OSHA, and local building codes.
• Maintain accurate daily logs, reports, and safety documentation.
• Proactively identify and resolve field issues to keep the project on schedule and within scope.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, owners, architects, and consultants.
