Were seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant with expertise in Recruitment , Talent Management , and Benefits to join our team. Youll play a key role in designing and configuring Oracle HCM solutions that support the full employee lifecyclefrom hiring and onboarding to performance and total rewards.

In this role, youll collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, build scalable configurations, and ensure successful implementation across critical HCM modulesall while aligning with industry best practices and compliance standards.

What Youll Be Doing

• Design, configure, and personalize Oracle Cloud HCM modules in Recruitment , Talent Management , and Benefits
• Develop and optimize recruitment workflows, candidate selection processes, and job requisition structures
• Configure Benefits modules including plan design, eligibility rules, enrollment options, and contribution structures
• Align Oracle Talent Management Cloud with performance plans, talent reviews, and employee development strategies
• Customize Oracle HCM to support specific organizational policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Support system testing, UAT, and issue resolution
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and project managers to ensure timely and successful delivery
• Provide documentation, test scripts, and user training materials
