Key Responsibilities
Schedule reservations and arrange pet care coverage
Answer client and staff inquiries via email and phone
Maintain client management systems and keep documentation organized and up to date
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
6 months to 1 year of experience working or volunteering with animals preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred; associate degree will be considered
Reliable with the ability to work independently
Must have a cellphone and an up-to-date laptop with high-speed internet
