Chimney Laborer / Field Assistant

Location : Western Massachusetts

Schedule : Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Occasional Saturdays

Compensation : Based on Experience | Paid Training Provided

Done Right Chimney is seeking a dependable, hard-working Laborer / Field Assistant to support our field operations team. This is an entry-level role with hands-on training and potential for long-term advancement in chimney inspection, masonry, and stove installation.

What You’ll Do :

• Assist chimney technicians with job site setup and cleanup.
• Load / unload materials, tools, and equipment.
• Transport supplies to rooftops and designated work areas.
• Help with chimney sweeping prep, liner staging, and basic installations.
• Keep trucks and the shop organized and clean.
• Follow safety procedures and instructions from the lead technician.
• Climb ladders and access rooftops as part of daily duties.
