A very well established PRIVATE practice in Franklin, VA is currently searching for a full time General Dentist. This practice is 12 operatories, fully digital, is PPO / FFS only and has 6 Hygienists on the team. The practice is seeing over 100 NEW PATIENTS per month and the team has been with this doctor for over 10 years and is well trained. The compensation structure is a daily rate for a period of time and a percentage of collections with zero lab fees, and the average six month collection rate for this practice is at 98%. There is also a path to partnership. The owner would love a dentist who can do some oral surgery, having a desire to do posterior endo would be a BIG plus, and ultimately a leader mentality.
