Key Responsibilities :

• Perform end-of-day financial reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of daily transactions.
• Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and courteously, addressing any inquiries or issues promptly.
• Prepare, balance, and transmit the day's business figures, reports, and supporting documents.
• Ensure all financial reports are completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner.
• Maintain the safety and security of the hotel guests and staff by monitoring activities and reporting any incidents.
• Handle guest complaints and concerns effectively, ensuring guest satisfaction is maintained.
• Assist with other administrative duties as needed to support the front desk and maintain hotel operations.
