Private Duty Nurse (RN or LPN) for 34 yo male with G-tube & 43 yo male with G-tube in Stockton MD.

You would work with two patients inside the same home.

The following shift(s) are available for this case :

Two 16 hr. shifts per week : 4 : 00 PM - 8 : 00 AM (days are flexible)

Job Responsibilities :

• Working one-on-one in the clients home
• Complete nursing assessment
• Administer medication & and treatments as prescribed by the patients Plan of Care
• Document nursing notes in a clear and concise manner
