Roof Source is seeking a detail-driven Commercial Roofing Estimator to support our sales team in delivering accurate, competitive, and profitable proposals. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with numbers, analyzing data, and ensuring every bid is both precise and strategically priced.

As a Commercial Estimator , you will work closely with our Strategic Sales Producers and project management team to :

• Review project scopes, drawings, and specifications
• Accurately calculate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs
• Prepare detailed proposals, bid documents, and budget estimates
• Compare vendor pricing and negotiate when needed
• Maintain and update cost databases for materials and systems
• Assist sales in presenting and explaining proposals to clients
