Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote Architectural Drafter / CAD Technician to join our this role you will be responsible for creating detailed architectural drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software. As a remote team member you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere while still being an integral part of our collaborative design process.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with architects and engineers to create detailed 2D and 3D architectural drawings and plans
• Use CAD software to produce accurate and precise designs
• Review and revise drawings based on feedback from architects and clients
• Ensure all drawings comply with building codes and regulations
• Communicate and coordinate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met
• Maintain organized and up-to-date project files and documents
• Continuously improve and update CAD skills and knowledge

Pay Rate : $50-70 per hour depending on experience

Training Pay : $40 per hour (1-week paid training)

Training Bonus : $700 incentive upon completion

Work Schedule : Flexible Full-time (3040 hrs / week) or Part-time (20 hrs / week)

Work Type : 100% Remote (U.S.-based only)
