We’re seeking a Product Manager for Uncrewed Systems to help drive the development and delivery of full‑stack solutions that seamlessly integrate advanced communications technology into uncrewed air, ground, and maritime platforms.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of product development, systems integration, and operational execution — and who’s excited to build the next generation of connectivity solutions for defense, public safety, and commercial applications.
You’ll work cross‑functionally with engineering, go‑to‑market, and leadership teams to design, execute, and deliver high‑impact products that keep critical teams connected anywhere on the planet.
What You’ll Do
Lead product strategy and roadmap for uncrewed systems across a full software‑hardware stack.
Drive integration of communications and data‑routing technologies into air, ground, and maritime platforms.
Collaborate with engineering teams (mechanical, electrical, software, manufacturing) to deliver rugged, field‑ready systems.
Manage government‑funded R&D programs — including milestones, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination.
Partner with go‑to‑market and business development teams to support program proposals and customer adoption.
Build strong technical relationships with customers, vendors, and integration partners within the defense and aerospace ecosystem.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience managing complex, cross‑functional product development — ideally in a startup or early‑stage environment.
Hands‑on experience with uncrewed systems (UAS, autonomous, or robotics) — especially integrating hardware and software components.
Familiarity with SDKs, APIs, and embedded system integration strategies.
Strong technical fluency — comfortable collaborating with both engineers and operators.
Experience supporting or managing government‑funded programs (SBIR, CRADA, APFIT, etc.) is a major plus.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
U.S. Person (citizen or green card holder) required for project clearance eligibility.
Why You’ll Love This Role
Own mission‑critical product development from concept to deployment.
Shape a new go‑to‑market offering in the uncrewed and communications space.
Work directly with a high‑performing, mission‑driven team passionate about innovation and impact.
See your work directly supporting defense, public safety, and emergency response missions around the world.
