Litigation Attorney

Friedman, Framme & Thrush, P.A. is a well-established law firm with a strong reputation in commercial litigation, creditor’s rights, commercial collections, and bankruptcy. We represent a diverse range of clients, including financial institutions, corporations, and trade creditors across Maryland, D.C., and Virginia.

We are seeking an experienced

• Litigation Attorney
• to join our growing practice in our Owings Mills, MD office. This is an
• in-person position
• that requires regular
• court appearances
• and direct client interaction. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience, and will work both autonomously and with senior attorneys on Personal Injury, Family Law, Criminal Defense and general Civil Litigation matters.
• Responsibilities :
• Represent clients in Maryland state and federal courts.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements.
• Attend hearings, trials, and mediations.
• Conduct legal research and case analysis.
• Negotiate settlements and resolutions on behalf of clients.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to manage case strategy and workflow.
• Ensure compliance with relevant state and federal laws .
• Qualifications :
• Juris Doctor (J.D.)
• from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Maryland
• (admission to or eligibility for D.C. and / or Virginia is a plus).
• Candidates should have at least three to five years of experience with litigation.
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and case management skills.
• Excellent legal research and writing abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
• Comfortable handling a
• high-volume caseload
• and appearing in court regularly.
• Compensation & Benefits :
• Salary : $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending upon experience.
