Job Overview :

As the Multimedia Content Manager at Midwest Racquet Sports, you will spearhead the creation, execution, and management of multimedia content across our brand portfolio in the tennis, pickleball, and racquet sports segments. This role is crucial for enhancing brand visibility and engagement through cutting-edge content strategies. This position reports to the CMO.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Content Creation : Develop and produce original content, including graphics, videos, and written materials that align with our brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Social Media Management : Develop and execute strategies to grow and engage audiences across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Youtube. This role involves creating compelling content, analyzing performance metrics, and staying current with trends to optimize brand visibility and community interaction.
  • Marketing Campaigns : Collaborate with the marketing and purchasing teams to design and support comprehensive marketing campaigns, ensuring multimedia elements are effectively integrated.
  • Video and Image Production : Direct and execute all aspects of video and photo shoots, from pre-production planning to shooting, editing, and post-production. Animation and Graphics : Create dynamic animations and graphical elements to enhance digital content and marketing materials.
  • Web Development : Work in collaboration with the Web Operations team to create web design and development initiatives to ensure a cohesive user experience across our digital platforms.
  • Brand Strategy : Contribute to brand strategy discussions, ensuring that all content is strategically aligned with our brand objectives and market positioning.
  • Data-Driven Content Strategy : Utilize analytics to inform and adjust content strategies, optimizing engagement and reach. Report on KPI’s weekly.
  • Budget Management : Manage budgets for multimedia projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
  • Cross-Platform Content Distribution : Strategize and oversee content distribution across various channels to maximize visibility and engagement. Work collaboratively with the retention marketing manager, digital marketing manager, social media manager and web operations team to ensure seamless distribution across all channels.
  • Stakeholder Engagement : Work closely with other departments to ensure content supports overall business goals and product launches.
  • Trend Monitoring : Stay updated with the latest trends in content creation and technology within the sports industry.
