Job descriptionMinimum 6 months driving experience Regional or O.T.R. Moving Violations- Cell phone violations in the previous 3 years Improper or erratic lane change in the previous 3 years Following too close in the previous 3 years DUI / DWI’s - No drug or alcohol and motor vehicle violations in any vehicle in the last 3 years Go by conviction date FELONIES : - No felonies in the last year or in a CMV in a lifetime No multiple felonies related to drug trafficking, human trafficking, or smuggling in the last 3 years All other charges will be reviewed Go by conviction date; All probation / jail time has to be outside of 3 years
