Hours & Schedule : Full-Time

Work Environment : Clinic setting with a collaborative team including Midwives, Nurse Practitioners, and clinical support staff

Travel Required : No

Salary / Hourly Rate : $275,000 - $300,000

Bonus Offered : Percent of Collections

Sign On Bonus / Relocation Offer : $10,000

Job Summary :

We are seeking a new or experienced OBGYN to join our thriving practice in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will be comfortable providing comprehensive obstetrical and gynecological care, with the opportunity to grow into a partnership role.

Job Duties & Responsibilities :

• Conduct regular examinations on patients, including ultrasounds, pap smears, pelvic exams, and pregnancy testing
• Provide care throughout pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period
• Diagnose and manage gynecological conditions such as cancers of the reproductive organs, infertility, and hormonal disorders
• Perform both minor and major surgical procedures
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including nurses, anesthesiologists, and surgeons
• Respond effectively to emergency situations with timely and decisive care
• Offer contraception counseling and preventive pregnancy guidance
• Promote healthy lifestyle habits across various life stages
• Maintain strict patient confidentiality and uphold the highest standards of medical ethics
• Stay current with advancements in OBGYN to enhance patient care
• Interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results for accurate diagnosis and treatment
• Document patient care thoroughly and efficiently using electronic health records
• Counsel patients on preventive healthcare measures and wellness
