Pain Management Physician

Pain Management physician sought for patient assessment, treatment planning, interventional procedures (Epidural Steroid Injections, Nerve Blocks, RFA, SCS implantation), medication management, patient education, record keeping. Requirements : Satisfactory completion of an accredited American or Canadian medical school, American or Canadian residency program in Anesthesiology or PM&R, Completion of a specialized 1 year clinical fellowship in pain management, which must be ACGME Accredited.

Salary Range : $400,000 - $450,000 Sign on Incentive up to $20K
