Job duties :
- Client Outreach & Appointment Scheduling : Proactively call and email clients to schedule tax assistance appointments, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Coordination with Tax Team : Collaborate with tax professionals to align client appointments with staff availability and program requirements.
- Eligibility Screening & Documentation Review : Assess client eligibility for tax services, review required documentation, and determine readiness for filing.
- Data Entry & Record Management : Accurately collect and input client information into call record and scheduling software, maintaining data integrity.
- Confidentiality & Administrative Support : Uphold client confidentiality and provide general administrative support as assigned.
