Senior Construction Project Manager

BRPH is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead complex vertical construction projects at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station . This role is responsible for full project lifecycle execution, including preconstruction, budgeting, scheduling, team leadership, and client management — with a focus on safety, quality, and cost performance.

Experience managing Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) delivery projects is required , along with proven success on vertical construction ranging from $15M–$50M+ in value. Aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead project planning, estimating, subcontracting, and proposal development
• Oversee project financials, risk management, change control, and contract compliance
• Coordinate with owners, A / E teams, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment
• Ensure adherence to HSE and construction quality standards
• Develop client relationships to support repeat business
