Attorney - Real Estate Section

Baird Holm LLP is seeking a Real Estate attorney with 3 or more years of law firm or government law experience with the following background:

The candidate must have all of the following experience and skills:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an American Bar Association (ABA) accredited law school
• Strong academic history
• Active admission in good standing with the Nebraska bar or ability to obtain the same quickly
• Strong writing, analytical, organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Attention to detail and robust work ethic
• Commitment to professionalism, collegiality, and teamwork, along with ability to work independently on various projects

The ideal candidate would have experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Understanding of energy, corporate, finance, natural resources and environmental, construction, or tax credits
• Familiarity with conducting due diligence, drafting transactional documents, and handling closings
• Prior experience with litigation, permitting, land use, and zoning
