Assist in managing all Food & Beverage outlets and supporting Food & Beverage leadership. Oversee the daily operations of the Food & Beverage department ensuring smooth and efficient service. Deliver exceptional five-star service to all guests upholding the highest standards of hospitality. Maintain and continually improve service quality by working efficiently leading by example and supporting the development of team performance and service standards.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 23 years of experience in food and beverage operations
- Strong understanding of food and beverage service standards preferably in a luxury or fine dining environment
- Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead train and motivate a team
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high service standards
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work weekends holidays and varied shifts as required
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic financial reporting
- Degree or diploma in hospitality management or a related field is preferred
