Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Case Manager to join our team.

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Acts as liaison between the office and families
  • Coordinate / track client reassessments
  • Weekly billing trends
  • Monthly care calls with families
  • Assist with schedule modifications and case concerns
  • Track / file client documentation

Skills

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills :

  • Administrative experience with proficiency in Excel / Outlook.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques and understanding of behavioral health concepts and interventions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and their families.
  • Proactive approach to problem solving.
