Cybersecurity Compliance Analyst

A company is looking for a Cybersecurity & Compliance Analyst to manage cybersecurity compliance for clients within Managed Compliance Services.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for compliance efforts, maintaining communication with clients on compliance status and assessment results

Lead the implementation and monitoring of compliance frameworks, guiding clients through audits and ensuring necessary documentation is in place

Develop compliance documentation and incident response plans, conduct risk assessments, and deliver security awareness training

Qualifications

Broad understanding of systems and security engineering principles, including experience with servers and Active Directory

Experience within the Defense Industrial Base (DIB) and expertise in assessing compliance for DIB contractors

Direct experience with NIST 800-171, CMMC, and DFARS 252.204-7012, including leading compliance assessments

Relevant certifications such as CMMC Certified Assessor, CISSP, or CISM

Demonstrated ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment
