Job description

Insight Global is currently hiring a Customer Service Representative for a large client in the Richmond, VA area. This role will start as a 6 month contract and could have the opportunity for extension or conversion based on performance! It will require working fully onsite Monday through Friday during standard work hours and paychecks are weekly!

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
  • Data entry in various platforms

Qualifications

  • At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
