Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A compassionate and skilled Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) is needed to provide expert end-of-life care and emotional support to patients in their homes or residential settings within the Lowell service area. This role requires a strong clinical background and a heartfelt dedication to enhancing quality of life for individuals facing terminal illness.
The RN will oversee and coordinate comprehensive hospice care plans, focusing on symptom management, pain control, and patient comfort. Collaboration with an interdisciplinary teamincluding social workers, chaplains, and CNAsis essential to deliver holistic, patient-centered care throughout the hospice experience.
