Accounting Manager

We are currently partnered with a reputable real estate development firm seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join their growing team. The firm specializes in real estate development and management, with a diverse portfolio that includes corporate entities and self-storage assets. This is a hands-on position ideal for an accounting professional with strong technical knowledge and leadership capabilities.

Ideal Background :

• 5–8 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in real estate or fund accounting
• Solid understanding of IFRS and GAAP reporting standards
• Proven experience managing monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
• Skilled in preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and consolidated financial statements
• Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills
• Ability to oversee treasury functions, accounts payable, and internal controls
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
