  • Start Date : October 27, 2025\n
  • End Date : January 25, 2026\n
  • Duration : 13 weeks\n
  • Shift : 10-hour day shifts (9 : 00 AM – 7 : 30 PM) with call\n
  • Call Schedule : One call shift per week (Monday–Friday, 2 nurses on), plus one 24-hour call shift every third weekend\n
  • Hours per Week : 40\n
  • Estimated Weekly Salary : $2100 - $2250\n

    • \n\nPACU Registered Nurse Qualifications\n \n

  • Active Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license (must be in hand at time of submission)\n
  • Minimum 1 year of recent PACU nursing experience required\n
  • BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required\n
  • CCRN certification preferred\n
  • Ability to participate in scheduled call rotation\n
  • Travel nurses must reside at least 50 miles from O'Fallon, IL\n

  • Deliver high-quality post-anesthesia nursing care to patients recovering from surgical procedures\n
  • Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes in condition\n
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed\n
  • Collaborate with surgical and anesthesia teams to ensure safe patient transitions\n
  • Educate patients and families on post-operative care and recovery processes\n
  • Participate in call rotation as scheduled\n
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation\n
