Sleep Medicine position in Ohio. Join a thriving independent community non-profit health system with a strong, growing economy, serving patients in Northwest & Central Ohio. 100% clinical, outpatient, Mon-Fri with no weekends or evenings. Flexible schedule and work week, option for extending morning or evening hours. 10% Telehealth. 1 : 2 office phone call only, 16 hrs sleep study reading 20 hrs patient contact, 4 hrs admin. Full complement of medical and surgical specialties, option to teach.

Must have Sleep Medicine fellowship.  Base Salary (includes 200hrs vacation / CME) $345,000.  wRVU Productivity Bonus (no cap) $56 / wRVU.  Signing Bonus (one-time bonus) $55,000.  Traditional Holiday Pay (8hr day) 6 holidays.  Relocation Stipend - $10,000.  CME / Board Certification - $5,000.  Total Compensation Range - $345k-$400k.  Medical + Dental + Vision + Life Insurance + Malpractice Insurance.  403 (b) Tax Deferred Annuity (4% match year 2).  Sick Time Accrual up to 600 hrs (FT : 4hrs / pay, PT : 2hrs / pay).  The 2nd largest city in NW Ohio, this community has been ranked the best mid-sized city in the U.S. for 10 consecutive years..
