What You Bring to the Table

• 8+ years of experience in the field (preferably in independent shops, dealership experience acceptable)
• Strong electrical and drivability diagnostic skills—someone who can solve real-world problems (we know no one is perfect; there's always room to grow)
• Deep understanding of electrical systems, CAN networks, and the diagnostic process
• Comfortable working on older vehicles, light diesel engines, and RVs
• Own your basic tools; we provide advanced diagnostics and specialty equipment
• A team-first attitude—no egos, no shortcuts, no excuses
• Dependable, honest, and committed to doing the job right
