Data Analyst I

The Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Analyst to support a critical data enhancement initiative. This role involves entering data inputs from sourcing documentation or systems, a thorough QA / QC review, and updating and maintaining our system of record Archer to ensure complete and accurate data capture.

The Responsibilities

Update the system of record with prewritten risk and control statements.

Assist in reviewing risk and control data records to identify missing data inputs.

Track and monitor the progress of data capture, entry, and validation.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a coordinated and efficient process.

Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the data entry lifecycle.

Additional adhoc projects as needed.

The Qualifications

At least 2 years of office or client service experience

Banking or financial services experience.

Strong data entry skills

Basic Microsoft Office skills.

Good communication and problem-solving.

High attention to detail and professionalism.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position : $35.88 / hour - $38.46 / hour
