We are looking for a skilled Real Estate Paralegal to join our dynamic team in Palos Heights, Illinois. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in commercial real estate law and excel in managing complex legal and administrative tasks. Responsibilities :

• Analyze and address issues related to surveys, title commitments, financing documents, purchase agreements, and due diligence processes.
• Assist in resolving property tax matters and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Prepare and evaluate closing documents, land contracts, financing agreements, and construction contracts.
• Interpret and apply zoning codes, government statutes, and legal regulations to projects.
• Collaborate closely with attorneys to support commercial real estate transactions and project resolutions.
• Organize, prioritize, and manage multiple assignments to meet tight deadlines.
• Compile and maintain comprehensive documentation for various legal projects.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency across all legal and administrative processes.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal.
• Bachelor’s degree and Paralegal Certificate preferred, though equivalent experience will be considered.
• Prior experience as a Commercial Real Estate closer is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with expertise in Excel.
• Strong ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a high-pressure work setting.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat and case management software is a plus.
