Tennessee Donor Services (TDS) is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic team member to join us to save lives!! Our mission at TDS is to save lives through organ donation and we want professionals on our team that will embrace this important work!!
We are seeking a Clinical Curriculum and Resource Coordinator to provide comprehensive support to the Clinical Staff Development (CSD) department in achievement of departmental and organizational goals. This person will coordinate the logistics of orientation didactic curriculum and training programs including but not limited to continuing education and practice / policy change updates. We are looking for an individual who will maintain accurate training records, and training files, assists with preparation of educational materials, and collaborates with all CSD members to ensure smooth operations and execution of all staff development initiatives.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
PHYSICAL TRAITS : Primary sedentary work. Stands, walks, bends, and light lifting. Reads, observes, listens, prepares, and presents communication verbally and in writing. Travel to and from locations by car or plane on an as needed basis.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Education Required : Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience : Minimum two (2) years of administrative / project management experience – preferably in either a healthcare or organizational development setting.
Licenses / Certifications : Valid Driver’s License with ability to meet MVR underwriting requirements.
Computer Skills : Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite required – Including but not limited to PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Sharepoint, Forms. Experience with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Traincaster and / or Articulate 360 / Storyline preferred.
