We are searching for a highly analytical applicant who is capable of working full-time and possesses strong negotiation and organizational abilities to join our growing firm as an estate planning attorney. You will create wills, trusts, and powers of attorney for clients and their families, and educate them on matters of insurance and powers of attorney. To guarantee that an estate is managed in accordance with the estate owner's intentions, this role demands a high degree of responsibility. Compensation : $90,000 - $100,000

Responsibilities :

• Advocate on behalf of clients by understanding their needs, effectively analyzing the situation, and forming a strategy for a plan of action
• Advise clients regarding retirement plans, charitable giving, and insurance options
• Draft and file wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
• Communicate with clients about plans for dispersing their assets
• Confer with senior partners and paralegals to effectively move through the civil litigation process

Mission : The Estate Planning Production Attorney’s primary responsibility is to review, revise, produce, and finalize Estate Planning documents that comply with the client’s ideal estate planning strategy, consistent with the client’s representation agreement and all relevant matter information on-hand, and to provide exemplary service to Estate Planning clients through the implementation of their estate planning strategy, including responding to communication and reviewing document drafts with them.
