What You'll Do : Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergency situations as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter, with working conditions that may vary depending on the site. Monitor for unusual activity and report any security-related concerns to Allied Universal and client representatives according to established protocols. Assist visitors and employees by providing directions and support as needed while maintaining a visible presence to help to deter unauthorized activities. Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to address security-related issues specific to technology, media, and telecommunications environments. Minimum Requirements : Alarm panel experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. X-ray screening experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
