Dans le cadre de la création et du développement de l’Association départementale 65, nous recrutons un.e
animateur.ice pour un CDD d’une durée de 6 mois.
Le Nouveau Planning Familial 65 est existant depuis septembre 2024. Il comprend un Conseil Collégial ainsi
qu’un Conseil d’Administration. Le Conseil Collégial est responsable du rôle employeur.
Cette création de poste étant nouvelle et dans un contexte associatif récent, la fiche de poste pourra être
amenée à évoluer en fonction des missions et de la réalité associative.
LES MISSIONS
Les missions du poste sont diversifiées et partagées avec le conseil d’administration et les bénévoles ; elles
seront réalisées et réparties en concertation avec le conseil d’administration et le poste de coordinateur.ice.
Animation auprès des publics :
Animations collectives de prévention en santé affective et sexuelle.
Accueil individuel et collectif sur le conseil conjugal et familial ainsi que la santé
relationnelle affective et sexuelle lors de permanences.
Coordination de projets en lien avec l’équipe (logistique en lien avec la.e coordinatrice.eur) et les
partenaires de terrain.
Prospection d’établissements pour proposer des interventions.
Animation de formations auprès de professionnel.le.s et de bénévoles autour des
thèmes de l’association.
Participation à la vie associative :
Actions de terrain en collaboration avec l’équipe de bénévoles.
Participation à la rédaction du Rapport d’Activité.
Points réguliers CA/salarié.e.s et participation aux CA.
Appui à la coordination :
Missions de co-coordination ponctuelles en remplacement ou support du/de la coordinateur.ice parmi
lesquelles :
- Suivi de des dossiers en cours, gestion des mails
- Participation aux rencontres partenariales, politiques, avec les financeurs et initier des réseaux locaux
- Lien avec la coordination fédérale et les différentes antennes départementales de la région
- Organisation de l’activité salariée et des réunions d’équipe
- Coordination de l’équipe bénévole
Les compétences requises :
Connaissances et capacité à mettre en oeuvre des méthodes d’éducation populaire
Forte sensibilité, motivation et adhésion aux valeurs et objectifs du Mouvement Français Planning
Familial (charte du Planning Familial)
Connaissance des enjeux actuels autour de la santé, de la santé sexuelle et des
droits des femmes et des personnes LGBTQIA+.
Pratique d’entretiens individuels et collectifs. Pratique de l’écoute active.
Rigueur, sens de l’organisation et de l’anticipation
Aisance relationnelle, écoute, travail en équipe
Dynamisme, sens de l’initiative et autonomie
L’a formation CCF (Conseil Conjugal et Familial) ou attestation EVA (Éducation à la
Vie ) serait un plus sur ce poste, ou formation dans le travail social (CESF, AS, ES) ou l’animation socioculturelle.
Capacité d’adaptation à des publics divers (jeunes ou adultes, précaires, situation
de handicap, etc)
Expérience en gestion de projet ou coordination appréciée
Permis B et véhicule personnel
Maîtrise des outils informatiques (pack office, outils collaboratifs en ligne)
Maîtrise du français à l’écrit et à l’oral
Connaissance du fonctionnement associatif apprécié
