What You'll Do :

• Be the Shipping Superstar : Master the art of packing and shipping service parts, meeting our high standards with flair.
• Orders : Take charge of generating outbound orders and managing the backlog, ensuring every service part reaches its destination on time.
• Urgency Expert : Handle urgent requests with lightning speed and accuracy, delivering satisfaction to our customers.
• Delivery Detective : Keep a watchful eye on urgent deliveries, escalating requests to ensure they're always on time.
• Tech Tracker : Use SAP and Choice Portal like a pro to track parts and handle escalation calls with confidence.
• Problem Solver : Tackle any shipping or receiving issues head-on, keeping our operations seamless.
• Safety Champion : Uphold our commitment to quality and safety by adhering to all regulations.
• Organizational Wizard : Juggle multiple tasks with ease, contributing to the growth and success of our department.
