SUMMARY : The Marketing / Outreach Specialist is responsible for community outreach, networking, and marketing efforts under the supervision of the Outreach Coordinator or designee. This role includes educating clients, businesses, and schools about the services offered by Castle Family Health Centers (CFHC).
RESPONSIBILITIES, AUTHORITY, DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITY include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
AUTHORITY : Equals and matches each of the responsibilities
ACCOUNTABILITY : Reports directly to the Outreach Coordinator or designee on a weekly basis or as needed.
Projects need to be approved by the Outreach Coordinator prior to engaging with supervisors.
Performance plan will be updated on a yearly basis for growth.
CONCLUSION :
This position description may be amended at the discretion of the Administrator or Chief Executive Officer.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS : To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and / or ability required. Good interpersonal and organization skills. Certified application assistor a plus.
EDUCATION AND / OR EXPERIENCE : High School level with college coursework in public relation, organization / human resource or, one year experience in any outreach community position or responsible professional experience in public relations position. Must posses the ability to be a self – starter with outgoing but professional personality. Directly related experience may be substituted for required education. Computer skills required. Driver's license is required with a current DMV print out and proof of vehicle insurance.
LANGUAGE SKILLS : Ability to read, write and fluently speak Spanish and English. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and / or board of directors.
REASONING ABILITY : Able to define problems, collect data, evaluate facts, and draw logical conclusions.Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
