Job Summary

This full-time position is responsible for the development, implementation, and oversight of the Peer Program. The role includes day-to-day program administration and clinical supervision of Peer Support Specialists (CPSSs). The Clinical Supervisor ensures the delivery of high-quality, recovery-oriented peer services in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

Essential Job Functions

• Conduct mental health intakes and assessments; recommend services based on peer support and additional available resources.
• Develop and document initial Individual Service Plans (ISPs) for newly enrolled participants.
• Ensure that all program staff receive ongoing training; maintain accurate training records in compliance with requirements.
• Review, implement, and monitor adherence to policies and procedures related to the Peer Program.
• Respond to and resolve client complaints and grievances in accordance with organizational policy.
• Supervise and support the Peer Program Supervisor to ensure full compliance with HIPAA regulations and client confidentiality.
• Oversee accurate and timely documentation of client services and provide necessary data for grant applications, reporting, and audits.
• Meet weekly with the Peer Program Supervisor to review safety concerns, implement safety plans, and maintain regulatory compliance (WACs / RCWs and CRC policies).
• Provide individual clinical supervision to Certified Peer Support Specialists (CPSSs), in collaboration with the Peer Program Supervisor.
• Ensure timely and effective communication with clinic staff, providers, and management regarding program updates and client needs.
