T.L Hanks Excavating in now hiring for :
Heavy Equipment operators - experience with excavator, hammer, compactor, loader, water truck, and grade tractor for site prep.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Responsibilities
- Site pad, arena, and barn site prep grading and excavation for custom homes
- Ability to read and interpret site plans
- Ability to be able to direct crews
- Ability to do hillside work
- Ability to do final / finish grades within 1 / 10
- Day-to-day activities of the position.
- Current hours are 7am - 3pm M-S
- Work is mostly in the Rio Verde / Scottsdale area
- Function of this position
- Ability to work with and direct others on the job

- Experience with Heavy Equipment .
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Reliable and Dependable
- Ability to perform physical job tasks in all climate conditions
